How To Begin
Once your ready to begin the process of having your bathroom or shower room refurbished, Balneo Design can provide the perfect solution from the outset, ensuring a pain free turn key service from conception to completion
1. Arrange a site survey
One of our experienced project managers will visit your home and carry out a full survey on the bathroom. This will involve taking all necessary measurements, and checking the heating and waste systems. They will then spend some time discussing your vision for the bathroom and offer suggestions based on their vast experience and eye for design
2. Presentation
Within a week of your site survey, a Design Pack will be produced which will be ready for presentation to yourself. The presentation can be carried out virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Or can be conducted at your home. The Design Pack includes a bespoke design presented in full 3D Visuals. Also included are 2D plans showing dimensions and positions in relation to the room. A full breakdown of costs for the suggested products and installation are also provided. This is a great opportunity to see your dream bathroom, before you purchase it. Its also the time to make any needed adjustments to the design, either in product spec, design or layout.
3. Confirmation
Once your happy with the design and project costs and confirmation to proceed has been given. A member of our Installations team will be scheduled to visit your home to confirm any small technical details of the project and for their own benefit familiarise themselves with the project before the given start date
4. Project Launch
Once the start date has arrived, installation team will arrive and the products will be delivered to the project location. Most jobs take 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. Throughout the project you will be kept fully informed of the progress and will be consulted immediately if any issues arise by your project manager. Once the install is complete, we guarantee to have provided you with a service that is unrivalled, and a finished bathroom that meets and even exceeds your expectations.
